was constructed to change the flow trend of the melt during pouring and reduce the possibility of trapped
gas generation. Combined with the orthogonal experimental method, the injection process parameters
were simulated in Moldflow software to determine the optimal process parameters, significantly reducing
the trapped gas phenomenon in porous plastic parts. The implementation results showed that the plastic
injection filling time was 2.582 s, the maximum pressure was 66.2 MPa, the maximum clamping force was
638.7 tone, and the overall deformation value was 1.93 mm. No significant trapped gas phenomenon was
found, fully meeting the product usage requirements. The optimized pouring method and process parameters
significantly reduced the possibility of trapped gas in the product, providing a reference for the analysis of
trapped gas characteristics in similar products and promoting the rapid development of injection molding for
porous plastic parts.

近日，双星集团 2025 总结表彰暨 2026 新年展望会在双星国际会议中心举行。会上，总裁张军华报告了双
星集团 2025 年度经营情况和为员工办的实事。各产业负责人分别作了 2025 年工作总结和 2026 年展望。大会还
发布了 “2025 年双星集团十大亮点 ”，并为赵衍刚、王磊、柳宇辰等 “ 领军人物 ”“ 先进工匠 ”“ 新星 ” 以及 “ 重
大创新突破 ”“ 领军团队 ”“ 先进团队 ” 等颁发了奖杯和证书。双星集团董事长柴永森作了新年展望，对集团 2026
年指导方针和战略重点等进行了具体部署。
2025 年是 “ 十四五 ” 收官之年。“ 十四五 ” 期间，面对内外重大不利因素，双星集团以党建为统领，以 “ 创
世界一流企业 ” 为目标，全体员工团结一致，踔厉奋发、勇毅前行。加速实施生态化、高新化、当地化、数智化
的 “ 新四化 ” 战略，坚持经营改善和创新突破双驱动，把一个个 “ 不可能 ” 变为 “ 可能 ”，经营业绩、行业地位
和品牌价值都得到巨大提升。与 2020 年相比，营收增长近 70%，利润增长超过 8 倍 ；轮胎营业额跃居全球前十、
中国第二、山东第一，其中轿车胎和海外营业额稳居中国轮胎第一，进入 “ 中国制造业企业 500 强 ” 和 “ 全球汽
车供应链百强 ” 行列 ；跨国指数位列 “ 中国跨国公司 100 大 ” 第二位 ； “ 双星轮胎 ” 成为中国首个价值超千亿的
轮胎品牌，并与锦湖轮胎联袂入选 “ 亚洲品牌 500 强 ”（锦湖轮胎位居亚洲轮胎品牌第二位）；国企改革连续三年
被国务院国资委评为 “ 双百企业 ” 最高等级 “ 标杆 ” 级。
柴永森董事长指出，2026 年是 “ 十五五 ” 开局之年，也是双星战略调整后进一步见效的一年。总体指导方针
是 “ 强基健体，创新突破，实现利润正常化，向世界一流企业迈出坚实一步 ”。希望广大干部员工继续以 “ 新四化 ”

为战略指引，转观念、打基础。抓住 AI+ 机器人的契机。发挥双星和锦湖的协同优势。用开放的视野、最快的速
度、严谨的态度和流程，做好各自工作。踏准时代的赛道，跑出自己的风景。柴永森董事长还对平台和产业 2026
年各自战略重点进行了指导。
