Automatic detection of internal pressure leakage in tire curing bladders

Abstract: During the tire curing process, the service life of the sealing ring and bladder of the piston
rod in the central mechanism will gradually decrease with the increase in the number of tire curing cycles,
manifesting as rubber aging, cracking, and damage, which in turn leads to leakage of curing medium
(such as nitrogen and steam). Therefore, timely detection of tire curing internal pressure leakage is crucial
for reducing tire scrap. This technical transformation of the tire shaping curing press aims to address the
aforementioned issues and provide a comprehensive solution, with the expectation of bringing significant
economic benefits to tire companies and enhancing the product quality and market competitiveness of tires.

负债 32 亿轮胎厂，重整获批
The restructuring plan of a tire factory with a debt of 3.2 billion yuan has been approved
2025 年 7 月 7 日，山东省沂南县人民法院正式批准山东中创轮胎股份有限公司重整计划草案，终止重整程序。
这一裁定为深陷 32 亿元债务泥潭的中创轮胎注入重生动力。
此次重整历经多轮博弈。5 月 27 日管理人提交的两份草案中，仅草案二获有财产担保债权组、税款债权组
及出资人组通过 ； 6 月 12 日二次表决时，普通债权组仍未通过。但法院审查认为，职工债权全额清偿、普通债
权组清偿方案符合法定条件，最终裁定批准。
成立于 2013 年的中创轮胎，曾规划总投资 50 亿元打造年产 1 820 万套轮胎的生产基地，2016 年入围山东
橡胶企业 50 强。但截至 2024 年 11 月，公司总资产仅 3.39 亿元，负债却高达 32 亿元，其中确认债权 20.64 亿元，
因连续亏损陷入经营停滞。
值得关注的是，企业核心资产仍具盘活价值 ：已建成 300 万套全钢胎产能，拥有 " 中创 "" 奥通达 " 等自主
品牌，通过 ISO9001、DOT、ECE 等 10 余项认证，智能制造系统与德国朗盛等顶级供应商的合作体系仍可复用。
目前意向投资人已通过资格审查，据透露可能为轮胎企业与地方基金联合体，计划保留技术团队并升级半钢
胎生产线。
