Optimization of vulcanization process for high damping seismic
isolation rubber bearings

Abstract: This paper employs the TP700 multi-channel data recorder for temperature monitoring during
the vulcanization process. Based on the temperature monitoring results, tests are conducted on the physical
properties of the rubber compound and the bonding performance between the rubber compound and steel
plates. According to the test results, the vulcanization process is optimized. After optimization, the physical
properties and bonding performance of each rubber layer are consistent with the benchmark values, and
the mechanical properties of the vulcanized support are improved. Furthermore, the adjustment of the
vulcanization process shortens the vulcanization time, increases equipment utilization, and achieves the goal
of energy saving and consumption reduction.

structure

近日，为巩固核心竞争力、敏捷应对全球商业变化，普利司通集团宣布全面执行管理层架构调整，新架构将
于 2026 年 3 月 24 日正式实施，作为迈向 2031 年成立 100 周年目标的关键战略部署。
本次变动聚焦最高执行层，优化东西业务区领导力量、深化 “ 全球本土化 ” 战略，多项关键职位迎来晋升与
职责调整 ：田村信之由执行副总裁兼代表执行官员、BRIDGESTONE EAST CEO，晋升为代表执行官员、EAST
CEO，强化东方业务区管理权重。
西方业务区方面，Scott DAMON 由执行副总裁兼执行官员、BRIDGESTONE WEST CEO、全球首席数字
化转型官（CDXO），调任为执行官员、WEST CEO，继续兼任 BSAM 集团总裁，其全球 CDXO 职责不再保留。
技术条线，Emilio TIBERIO 由高级副总裁兼执行官员、BRIDGESTONE WEST CTO，升任执行官员、
WEST CTO；草野智宏由高级副总裁兼执行官员、全球 CIO，调任为执行官员、 CIO（首席创新官），聚焦创新职能。
职能支持层面，今井宏由副总裁兼高级官员、全球赛车运动负责人，晋升为执行官员、CPO（首席产品官）
并继续主管该领域 ；細幸彦由副总裁兼高级官员、BRIDGESTONE EAST 轮胎生产负责人，晋升为执行官员、
CMO（首席制造官），负责提升全球制造成本竞争力。
此次调整中，原执行副总裁兼执行官员、全球 CTO 坂野正人，原 BSJP 轮胎销售总裁久米新伍、原 BSEAST

CQMO 渡边慎一将于 2026 年 3 月同期退休。
副总裁兼高级官员层面亦有职能聚焦调整 ：草野昭雄职责缩至 “ 产品开发 ”，山崎賢治转向 “ 生产技术 ”，井
上翔出任 CQO（首席质量官），菱沼直樹任 CFO（首席财务官），信太良一专注 “ 组合管理 ” ； 蓮沼俊之从子公司
调回总部，晋升为副总裁兼高级官员，出任 BSJP 轮胎销售总裁兼代表董事。
普利司通表示，新架构将 “ 打造优质产品服务 ” 与 “ 提升成本竞争力 ” 列为增长核心，通过人事重塑强化业
务协同、优化组合、加速创新，为百年庆典奠基。所有人事变动需经 2026 年 3 月 24 日股东大会后的董事会最终
批准。
