Introduction and analysis of the functions of rubber blocking plate
devices with different structural forms in the open mill

Abstract: The rubber stopper device is an important component of the open mill and plays a crucial
role in meeting the requirements of the rubber mixing process. However, with the increasing diversification of
rubber refining processes, traditional rubber barrier structures are gradually unable to meet modern rubber
refining needs. This article has made multiple technical improvements and optimizations to the rubber stopper
device based on the diverse rubber mixing process requirements of customers, and successfully developed a
rubber stopper structure that is suitable for different rubber mixing process requirements.

总投资 5 700 万欧元，废旧轮胎热解工厂启动建设

The total investment is 57 million euros, and the construction of a waste tire pyrolysis factory
has been launched

德国 Pyrum Innovations AG 公司和捷克苏阿斯集团（Suas Group）计划在德国边境附近的弗列索瓦（Vresova）
建造一座废旧轮胎热解工厂。
该项目最初于 2023 年 10 月宣布，建成后将具备每年把 2.3 万 t 报废轮胎转化为二次原材料的能力。
3 月 5 日，Pyrum 公司于宣布双方合作伙伴将于今年第二季度开始这个总投资 5 700 万欧元（约 4.47 亿人民
币）项目的建设工作，预计 2027 年完工。作为合作协议的一部分，皮鲁姆公司和苏阿斯集团将成立一家合资企业，
负责该工厂的建设和运营，Pyrum 公司在这家合资企业中持有 49% 的股份。该工厂将建在 Suas Group 子公司索
科洛夫斯卡乌赫尔纳（Sokolovska uhelna）位于弗列索瓦的厂区内，该子公司目前为卡罗维发利和索科洛夫地区
的 5.1 万户家庭生产以煤炭为基础的能源。
据这家德国轮胎回收公司称，合作双方旨在利用该热解工厂在当地的 “ 协同效应 ”，并会将热解过程中产生
的气体整合到现有的生产运营中。Suas Group 董事会成员 Martin Cermak 解释说 ： “ 该厂区拥有必要的基础设
施 …… 可以利用热解过程中产生的富含氢气和甲烷的气体。” 他表示，这项技术 “ 极其环保 ”，有助于该集团将
该厂区的碳足迹每年减少超过 1.8 万 t 二氧化碳。
