Abstract: This paper investigates the performance of reclaimed rubber prepared from castor oil and
cottonseed oil by combining high-speed agitation desulfurization process with twin-screw shear desulfurization
process. The results show that the reclaimed rubber prepared by the twin-screw shear desulfurization process
excels in work performance, tensile strength, tear strength, elongation at break, and hardness compared
to that prepared by the high-speed agitation desulfurization process. Furthermore, when using castor oil
as a softener, the physical properties of the reclaimed rubber are slightly superior to those prepared with
cottonseed oil.

米其林法国工厂困境，高层揭秘
Top management reveals the predicament of Michelin's French factory
2025 年 1 月 22 日，米其林首席执行官 Florent Menegaux 在法国参议院解释关闭法国两家工厂的原因时称，
由于中国轮胎的竞争以及能源和劳动力成本问题，米其林已无法从欧洲进行出口。
Florent Menegaux 在参议院经济事务委员会表示，尽管这家全球轮胎巨头从欧洲的出口量仍高于进口量，但
工厂面临极度激烈的竞争和严重的产能过剩。
自 2019 年以来，能源成本上升以及通胀反映在工人的工资上。总体而言，在欧洲生产轮胎的成本已普遍达
到亚洲的两倍之时，为了维持欧洲的工业生产体系，必须打造一个紧凑且高效的生产体系，这意味着必须大力投
资机器人技术。该集团于 2024 年 11 月宣布了关闭位于瓦讷和绍莱的两家工厂，涉及 1 254 名员工。
据 Florent Menegaux 先生称，位于卢瓦尔省曼恩的绍莱的工厂是集团全球生产轻型卡车轮胎成本最高的工厂。
位于莫尔比昂省的瓦讷工厂生产重型货车轮胎的金属加强件，而该市场正处于危机之中，最终该工厂不得不被关
停。而位于非孚日省的戈尔贝工厂，莫尔比昂的就业区域更为活跃且富有活力。
Florent Menegaux 先生强调， “ 尽管集团总部及众多研究活动都位于法国，但我们在法国的生产活动正在亏损。
在法国，除了迈向高端市场，别无他选。”
“ 位于特鲁瓦的农用轮胎工厂同样面临来自一家印度竞争对手的挑战，该对手在印度生产并大量向法国出口，
而印度却禁止进口轮胎。这类问题亟待解决。”
米其林掌门重申，尽管法国拥有得天独厚的优势，如卓越的基础设施、大规模的无碳电力，虽价格稍高但供
应充足，人员训练有素，且已有一定的工业基础，但工业发展需要监管、税收和环境政策的稳定性。
他呼吁法国和欧洲当局为米其林等欧洲制造商提供更好的能源成本和税收政策，以便这些欧洲本土企业能够
度过艰难。
