的安装调试做准备。因此需要将每一个阶段的工作尽
可能的做好，为后期的安装调试打好基础。

4 安装调试
第一，密炼机经过大修后，设备的性能和参数与
新设备无异。因此设备在安装需要按照新设备安装要
求进行。特别是主机与减速机之间的同轴度需要达到
新设备安装时的要求并做好记录。加料筒与主机的连
接必须保证加料筒内壁与主机井口内壁在同一个平面，
调试加料筒与主机连接处需打上密封件，防止后期生
产时出现泄漏。
第二，密炼机与上下辅机连接的信号线需按照拆
机时做的标记一一对应进行连接。密炼机的每个控制
油缸与液压站上的每一组阀需进行对应连接，如果液
压管路改成硬管连接（见图 6），则管路需要配长配焊，
焊接后需要对管路进行酸洗避免出现阀组卡滞的问题
发生。密炼机的工艺油管路、润滑油管路、水管路也
都需要按照拆机时所做标记进行对应连接。 图 6 胶管改不锈钢管前后对比图

第三，密炼机的调试与新设备的调试所要做的工
意事项，为后期其他用户大修现场提供参考。

Abstract: Based on the previous experience of dismantling, installing, and debugging during the on-site
guidance of the internal mixer overhaul process, this article has conducted thinking and summary. The article
succinctly elaborates on the work and precautions required for dismantling, installation, and commissioning of
the internal mixer overhaul site, covering the various stages of dismantling, middle, and late stages, as well as
installation and commissioning. The summary of this article aims to provide readers with reference.
