摘要
This paper proposes a solution based on intelligent algorithms and structural optimization to address the issues of uneven pressure distribution, poor bonding effect, and low efficiency in the pressing process of tire building machine rollers. By establishing a multi-piece roller mechanical model, optimizing parameters with intelligent algorithms, and adopting a multi-piece roller (also known as a layered roller) structure, the structural parameters and pressure distribution strategy of the rollers are optimized, significantly improving the quality and efficiency of tire building. Experiments show that the optimized multi-piece roller system can enhance tire uniformity by 15% and reduce energy consumption by 20%, providing theoretical support for intelligent tire manufacturing.
