This paper investigates the impact of CM blended amount on the vulcanization characteristics, physical and mechanical properties, and wear resistance of ACM/CM vulcanizates. The results indicate that as the CM blended amount increases, the Mooney viscosity (MH) and Mooney viscosity-at-300% (MH-ML) of ACM/CM vulcanizates gradually increase, while the vulcanization rate significantly decreases. Before aging, the tensile strength, elongation at break, and tear strength of ACM/CM vulcanizates initially increase and then decrease with the increase in CM blended amount. When the CM blended amount is 40 parts, the mechanical properties of ACM/CM vulcanizates before and after aging are optimal, and the wear resistance is also the best.
